In this post, I will show you the methods to email anonymously.
I have two tricks up my sleeve,
- First one is to create an Disposable E-Mail Id, I prefer this one personally.
- Second one is to use a Fake Mailer
Disposable Email Address
Disposable email id is a temporary mail id, we can use it for "Use and Throw" purpose'.
There will be some situations where you don't want to reveal your mail id but you need to provide an email id, this disposable email id comes in handy in those situations. We can also send email without getting tracked. They are many websites providing Disposable Email services namely Hidemyass, Maildrop.cc, Mailinator, 10 minute mail, Guerrilla mail etc....Another advantage of Disposable mail id is the spam will greatly decrease in our real mail box.
For Hide my ass anonymous email service, you need to signup using your real mail id,they will inform you when you get a mail in your disposable mail inbox.we can use it for 1 year(maximum) and minimum lifetime of inbox is 1 day. There is a self destruction feature enables user to create a disposable inbox and set when your emails get deleted.
For those who don't want to signup and want to acquire a disposable inbox maildrop.cc, mailinator comes in handy. well you can try 10 minute mail and guerrilla mail too but I prefer maildrop and mailinator as they have cool interface and easy-to-remember mail extensions. Maildrop and Mailinator are very user friendly lets u create a disposable mail box in one step but your mail box won't have any password, anyone who knows your disposable mail id can see your inbox, but i don't think it matters anyway as we don't get any personal mails there.
Fake Mailers
Fake Mailers are online instant mailing sites which enables you to send an anonymous mail to recipient(boss, professor etc...) All you need is recipient's mail address. here you can choose sender's name and sender's E-mail id too. You will find many fake mailing sites around the web but many of them adds their digital signature at the end, thus the recipient knows that you used a fake mailing system..rest assured, they cannot track the sender. But it spoils the fun. Emkei.cz is a site which works well for this kind of jobs, it won't add any signature at the end of mail
I sent a mail to a recipient as a Mark Zuckerberg, it worked fine but recently spam filters are detecting these mails as spam....But you can try your Luck
